Organized over 250 Help yourself workshops in community to make women aware about their health problems and how to remain healthy. BMD, Haemolobin test, BP and BMI is done for all participants free.

Matri Shakti Shivir and Self defence workshops for girls in Delhi. It is done with help of Delhi Police or Akhil Sainya Matri Shakti. (over 20 camps in various part of Delhi have been done so far.

National level contributed significantly to health activities and public movements against Rampant Anaemia, Female Foeticide and improvement of Adolescent Health in community with Indian Medical Association, Delhi Gynaecologist Forum, AIWC, Seva Bharti, Brahma Kumari Samaj, IPEX Ladies Club, Ujjwal Women’s Association and Vatsalya Project, Jain Swetamber Terapanthi Mahila Mandal and Gayatri Parivar.
